Thomas Christian Wolfe's portrayal of "Maui, the Hawaiian Demigod" was released into public view in the late 80's ~ and was massively featured on everything from book covers to fine art prints.  The original, which measures 36" by 48" was purchased by an art collector in Southern California.  Wolfe then went on to create 10 Artist Proofs ~ yet, only finished making 3 copies of the intended 10 before the exceptional "Cibachrome" reproduction process he used was suddenly discontinued.  The artist sold 2 of those 3 to reputable collectors ... and now just made available number 1/10 in this "Artist Proof" series.  Contact us for further info.
